Stolen bank cards used

City po­lice have lo­cated a man wanted in con­nec­tion with the theft of bank cards from a parked ve­hi­cle. Po­lice say the cards were in a wal­let stolen from a car parked in a Burn­ham St. park­ing lot between 11 p.m. Satur­day and 12:45 p.m. Sun­day. The cards were then used at a con­ve­nience store and a sus­pect was iden­ti­fied. Po­lice found him Wed­nes­day, walk­ing near Ge­orge and Char­lotte streets. Carl James Hubbell, 47, of Mur­ray Street, was charged with fraud un­der $5,000, pos­ses­sion of prop­erty ob­tained by crime un­der $5,000 and fail­ing to com­ply with a pro­ba­tion or­der. He was re­leased and will ap­pear in court Oct. 26.
