Jump­start auc­tion at tonight’s Petes game

The Peter­bor­ough Petes will be sup­port­ing Cana­dian Tire Jump­start when they host the Ot­tawa 67's on Satur­day night at the Me­mo­rial Cen­tre.

Thou­sands of dol­lars worth of sports me­mora­bilia, ex­pe­ri­ences, equip­ment and ap­pli­ances will be avail­able for bid­ding through a silent auc­tion.

Some of the items avail­able in­clude signed jer­seys by Jonathan Toews, Hay­ley Wick­en­heiser, Cody Ceci and Mark Stone as well as two plat­inum Toronto Maple Leafs tick­ets. The auc­tion will con­clude at the end of the game's sec­ond in­ter­mis­sion. Fans are also in­vited to take part in the sec­ond in­ter­mis­sion chuck-aball con­test for the chance to win a $500 Cana­dian Tire gift card, a $200 Mark's gift card and a $100 Mark's gift card.

The game is spon­sored by Bruce Power who will be giv­ing away an iPad to a lucky fan in at­ten­dance.
