Impaired arrest

Peterborough County OPP stopped a driver on Highway 7 east of Peterborough early Sunday morning, leading to charges against the driver.

Police stopped the vehicle at about 3 a.m.

Alexander William Langley Dicon, 24, of Havelock was charged with impaired driving and driving with more than 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was released and will appear in court Feb. 22.
