Citizen offering Telus Cup tickets

For Citizen subscribers who would like to take in some of the Telus Cup national midget hockey championship at CN Centre, daytime tickets for today, Thursday and Friday are available free of charge at The Citizen office.

Today, at noon, the Leduc Chrysler Oil Kings will skate against the Mississauga Rebels. And, at 4 p.m., the SaintFrancois Blizzard will meet the Regina Pat Canadians. Thursday’s games, also at noon and 4 p.m., will feature the Pat Canadians vs. the Leduc Oil Kings and the Cape Breton West Islanders vs. the Rebels. On Friday, games will be on the ice at 10 a.m. (Islanders vs. Pat Canadians) and 2 p.m. (Blizzard vs. Oil Kings).

Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Citizen’s new office is located at 201-1777 Third Ave. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
