Granville experiences another stabbing

Police say a late-night altercation on Granville Street ended with a pair of stabbings.

The incident happened just after 3 a.m. on Sunday near the Davie Street intersection.

Two victims, a Coquitlam man, 26, and a 27-year-old from Port Coquitlam, were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A suspect from Vancouver “was held by witnesses for police,” Vancouver police said in an email.
