Literature and pamphlets from local volunteer groups will also be on display. An evening drop-in session at each Library will be hosted by the Library’s Volunteer Coordinator (Christina Pottie) or Lunenburg Queens Volunteer Partnership (LQVP) Volunteer Navigator (Stephanie Beaton). This display will be of interest to volunteers & Boards from community groups. Each session runs from 6 - 8 p.m. and will be held at the Thomas H. Raddall Library on Thursday, April 26.
Programs for Preschoolers - April 16 Meet Me at the Library
Bring your coffee and enjoy this drop-in social time at Meet Me at the Library. Meet other new parents, and see what the Library has to offer you and your new baby. Babies - newborn to 2 yrs + caregiver. Beginning Monday, April 16, Meet Me at the Library will be offered at the Thomas H. Raddall Library in Liverpool on Thursday mornings. All sessions are from 10:10 - 10:25 a.m. Drop in. Registration is not necessary.
The next six-week Storytime program begins the week of April 16. Children and their caregivers are welcome to attend one
or more of the programs.
Read, Rhyme and Giggle
Join Miss Barbara to Read, Rhyme and Giggle your way to fun for you and your baby. Sign up for the Thomas H. Raddall Program on Thursdays (354-5270). All sessions are 20 minutes long and begin at 10:30 a.m. Rhymes and stories for newborn to 24 mos. Registration begins February 13 and programs start the week of April 16. Call your library to register.
Families can enjoy 30 minutes of stories and songs with Miss Barbara. The next six week storytime program begins the week of April 16 at the Bridgewater Library (5439222) on Monday and Wednesday mornings, the Lunenburg Library (634-8008) on Tuesday mornings and the Thomas H. Raddall Library (354-5270) on Thursday mornings. Registration begins on February 13. Storytime is best suited for children aged 3 - 5 yrs.
