Cool shade dur­ing Mil­ton Days

MIL­TON, NS – Sun­shine and big smiles were the sig­na­ture of this year’s Mil­ton Days fes­ti­val.

The long-stand­ing tra­di­tion goes back gen­er­a­tions and is a fun way to cel­e­brate the com­mu­nity’s his­tory.

The multi-day event in­cluded a Lit­tle Miss and Mis­ter Tal­ent Show, a pop­u­lar com­mu­nity din­ner that drew 170 peo­ple and one of the big­gest gar­den par­ties the an­nual event has ever had.

One of the sig­na­ture events is the pop­u­lar Kids and Pets Pa­rade, which drew plenty of par­tic­i­pants July 22.

The Kids and Pet Pa­rade kicked off at Mil­ton Cen­ten­nial Pool and fin­ished at Mil­ton Com­mu­nity Hall. Mil­ton Days hap­pened from July 18 to 23 in Mil­ton, N.S.
