The north­east Fall na­tion­als is here with the event hit­ting the Brockville on­tario speed­way track Fri­day and satur­day. There will be ac­tion from eight di­vi­sions for the eighth edi­tion of the fall fes­ti­val of speed. open­ing night starts at 7 p.m. and fea­tures the Big Block mods, the mr. diRT­car cham­pi­onship fi­nals for the sportsman-mod­i­fied and Pro stock di­vi­sions, as well as out­law Vin­tage mod­i­fieds. The sportsman teams will also run the fi­nal event in this year’s ogilvie’s auto and Fleet Quad crown se­ries dur­ing the Fri­day night show. satur­day has the 358 mod su­per diRT­car and ogilvie’s Quad crown fi­nale, along with a 360 sprint car open event, street stocks and mini stocks. The green flag waves at 5 p.m. that day. “This is our largest show of the sched­ule and we want it to be a mem­o­rable one for the fans,” said track owner and pro­moter Paul Kirk­land. There will also be plenty of en­ter­tain­ment and ven­dors on hand for the event with reps from Loud & dirty ap­parel and in­side Track mo­tor­sports news in the Fan Zone. There will be live mu­sic on the turn four stage from 2 to 4 p.m. Fri­day with chuck d’aoust of Run­away cow­boys. on satur­day the stage will have lo­cal fan favourites am­bush.
