Impaired driving charges
Gananoque Police arrested a man who failed a breath sample during a check stop last Thursday. The driver failed a breathalyzer at the police station so he was charged with impaired driving and ordered to appear in court, said police. A 51-year-old Gananoque woman was also charged with impaired driving in another incident. Her licence was automatically suspended for 90 days and her vehicle was seized and impounded for seven days.
