Speed, Jump and Agility clinic
4Life Fitness is holding registration dates for its speed, Jump and agility clinics. The clinics will run from June 26 to aug. 2 at the Ymca and will cover the biomechanics of distinct running phases, as well as the proper jumping and landing techniques. There will also be reactive agility training. sessions for athletes between ages 8- and12-years-old run from 6 to 7:15 p.m., while the 13- to- 18-year-old athletes will work between 7:15 and 8:30 p.m. The registration dates to sign up to the speed, Jump and agility clinic is Wednesday at Podium sports Therapy and Wellness centre from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., as well as Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The cost is $300 for people who are members at the Ymca and there is an additional $34 for people who are not members. canadian Tire’s Jumpstart program has added 4Life Fitness to its list of organizations it will now help fund children to get involved with and participate in its camps. Zach Benson, founder of 4Life Fitness, said if anyone is looking for help financially to attend the clinic then he’s asking for those people to reach out to him. The first six registrants will receive a free ticket to 4Life Fitness’ athletic development seminar its holding on July 21 aimed to educate parents, coaches, and athletes. The next 10 registrants will receive a free 4Life fitness T-shirt.
