You should be livid!

The Recorder & Times (Brockville) - - OPINION -

Canadians have every reason to be livid at Justin Trudeau and his minions. I’ll just mention two reasons.

You will recall Mississauga-Erin Mills MP Iqra Khalid? She is the one who promoted M-103, the motion which sought to enshrine “Islamophobia” into Canada’s legal system, making it a crime to criticize any aspect of Islam.

By doing so, our precious right to freedom of expression would be in peril.

The second reason is the federal government’s mishandling of illegal immigrants. Ontario is left holding the bag for the cost of illegal border jumpers who were encouraged to flee to Canada by Justin Trudeau. Trudeau sought to upstage Donald Trump and he opened the floodgates for illegal border jumpers.

It is estimated the cost to Ontario alone will be $72 million. Trudeau is offering only $11 million to Ontario, to offset this cost, just a tad more that given to Omar Khadr.

The combined cost to Ontario and Quebec alone is estimated to be $290 million. How much other provinces and the feds will spend is unknown. Whatever that amount is, possibly a billion or more, all of it is our tax dollars, coming out of our pockets!

In summary, Trudeau is betraying Canada by funding terrorism-related groups, and by not enforcing our borders. If the government wants to encourage immigration, then do whatever is required to legally open the front door, but close the back door.

By his actions, Trudeau has become a puppet, and Iqra Khalid seems to control the strings. I believe both should be shown the way out. Am I angry? You bet I am! If we do not solve our porous border problems ourselves, and if we do not constrain our inclination to tolerate intolerance, then the Americans might just do that job for us.
