Where were the magnificent seven?

It’s quite reflective of the past council that the out-going regional chair, Allan Caslin, could play his last trump card to break the impasse over CAO Carmen D’Angelo’s excursion to China.

Equally as interesting were the ‘magnificent seven’ councillors. Were the seven non-voting councillors already holidaying, caught in the toilet, or annoyed that they will no longer be on council?
