Superintendent of Cape Breton Highlands National Park Eric Lebel (kneeling centre) and Deputy Warden of Victoria County District Larry Dauphinee (kneeling right) with 42 Horizontal Construction Squadron, a sub-unit of Canadian Armed Forces 4 Engineer Support Regiment. The squadron spent two weeks constructing a pedestrian bridge (background) to close the loop around the Warren Lake Hiking Trail. The build was part of five projects completed throughout Cape Breton by 4 ESR as part the regiment’s annual training exercise, Ex NIHILO SAPPER.
