Welland a caring city

Are you aware that here in Welland there are thousands of kind and caring people?

I was at WalMart the other day and was on my way to my van with a buggy that had a heavy bag of groceries. When I reached my van I noticed I was not able to get between the van and a parked vehicle beside me to get to open the van door.

The vehicle next door had a lady driver who, when she saw my problem, got out of her vehicle, came over to me and said she would help me. She took my bag of groceries, told me to go and open the door, and then proceeded to deposit my bag of groceries in the van for me, took my empty cart and went to do her shopping.

She was a very nice helpful person.
