11:40 AM | A man was treated by emer­gency work­ers after fall­ing from a mov­ing ve­hi­cle. Ac­cord­ing to mul­ti­ple wit­nesses, the man was re­port­edly hang­ing onto the side of a ve­hi­cle that was trav­el­ling west­bound on High­way 7 when he fell onto the road. The man was taken to a lo­cal hos­pi­tal by EMS with se­ri­ous in­juries. The driver of the ve­hi­cle in­volved did not stop. The ve­hi­cle is be­ing de­scribed as a black SUV with roof racks and pos­si­bly hav­ing run­ning boards. High­way 7 be­tween Wool­wich-Guelph Town­line and County Road 32 was closed while the in­ves­ti­ga­tion was un­der­way.
