2:11 AM | Emer­gency crews re­sponded to a re­port of a fire at a res­i­dence on Ap­ple Grove Road in Wool­wich Town­ship. The res­i­dents were able to es­cape with­out any in­juries. The res­i­dence sus­tained ma­jor fire and smoke dam­age. As a re­sult of the in­ves­ti­ga­tion, a 52-year-old woman was charged with ‘ar­son en­dan­ger­ing life.’ 10:16 PM | A 59-year-old Con­estogo woman was driv­ing a black Toy­ota west­bound on Line 86 when she lost con­trol of her ve­hi­cle, which crossed the road­way, struck the op­po­site shoul­der and veered back across both lanes of traf­fic be­fore en­ter­ing the ditch and rolling over onto its roof. The driver was trans­ported to hospi­tal with mi­nor in­juries and the ve­hi­cle was towed from the scene. The cause of the col­li­sion is still un­der in­ves­ti­ga­tion.
