A Brand New Look for a Local Favourite!
What’s new on the menu this season? Our location is what’s new this summer!! Over the last month our favourite location at 2685 Yonge Street has recently undergone a major renovation. From the kitchen to the patio, we have a brand new look!
What dish is your restaurant famous for? C’est Bon is best known for its Basil Chicken which is prepared in a homemade sweet soy sauce with garlic, ginger and garden-fresh basil. But our customer favourites are plentiful, dishes such as General Tsao’s Chicken, Crispy Ginger Beef, Seafood Cantonese Chow Mein and of course, the award-winning Sweet & Sour Chicken. Our restaurant is also popular with Vegetarians as we have a wide variety of options on the menu including a braised tofu dish with shitake mushrooms.
What has been your proudest moment in business? Our loyal clientele is what makes us most proud. Our award winning recipes combined with our impeccable service has rewarded us with a loyal clientele that enabled the restaurant to stay afloat during the SARS crisis when so many local business didn’t survive.
What’s the secret to your success? My mother, Wonder Chen. She always encouraged me by saying that hard work would be requited with good things.
