Jerusalem Restaurant

Thornhill Post - - Food -

What dish is your restaurant famous for? Our falafel and lentil soup are hands down the best in the city. Have you had any interesting or celeb customers? We have had some very famous celebs that have eaten at our locations but we like to respect their privacy! What has been your proudest moment in business? Everytime a customer personally thanks us for a wonderful meal. Their satisfaction makes us the most proud. Which of your dishes is your favourite? Our Eglinton location the fried tomatoes. Our Leslie location, which is buffet...the whole roasted Ontario Lamb. What advice would you give someone looking to open a restaurant? Make sure your passionate about it. The hours are long and it's not easy. If you don't love it, it will reflect in the business. What makes Toronto such a foodie destination? I think the fact that the city is so diverse in its population that it transfers over into the food. You can basically get food from almost any culture in the city. You can come to Toronto and eat like you've traveled the world. We are a one stop food shop.
