NDP/Green alliance offers measure of hope

Oh, how sweet it is to finally have a government in B.C. that is listening to the average person. I can’t quite decide who I was more thankful to see the back of — Stephen Harper or Christy Clark. Canada’s strengths are in its caring attitude, its inclusiveness and diversity, the total opposite of President Donald Trump’s world of divisiveness, bullying, grandstanding and lying that is causing so much dissention in the so-called United States of America.

Let’s hope in B.C. now we can travel down a more measured, respectful path that will be to the benefit all citizens. Over the past 16 years, far too many have fallen behind or totally given up on society. The NDP/Green alliance has given a little bit of hope to many who for far too long have been ignored.
