Head-on crash kills man from Sayward

A Sayward man in his 20s died after a two-vehicle, head-on crash on Highway 19 north of Campbell River late Tuesday afternoon.

A northbound car collided with a southbound pickup truck at about 4:30 p.m. police said. The driver of the car died.

The driver of the pickup was taken to hospital with non-lifethreatening injuries.
