Everyone’s a Critic

Toronto Life - - The Conversation -

Our annual restaurant ranking was met with strings of heart emojis and clappy hands. There was talk of bucket lists, and “It’s out!” and “OMG, let’s go this weekend.” Plus, a Reddit thread cropped up wherein restaurant-lovers got to revel in their favourites.

“Italian food aficionado here. Piano Piano [#3] is the real deal. Amazing food, great vibe, tremendous customer service.…”

“Adamson Barbecue [#9] is amazing. God, it’s now 7 a.m., and I’m craving BBQ.” —Kewjoe

“I don’t eat out often, but I do drink out : ) In addition to food, I would add that El Rey [#17] and Bar Begonia [#20] have great cocktail menus.” —Ask_Them_Why

We were even a hit 550 kilometres north of Toronto.

“I just received my ‘Where to Eat’ issue. It is AMAZING how helpful your magazine is to those of us who travel to the city regularly. Torontonians might take these places for granted, but for visitors, your magazine is a real resource, so I’m writing to say thank you for providing so much excellent information about the city.”
