KOreAn Korean flavours and prepa­ra­tions dom­i­nate at this Lit­tle Por­tu­gal kitchen, but hints of Ja­panese, Ital­ian and French tech­nique are pleas­ant sur­prises. Breaded pork (pic­tured above) has a pink, juicy cen­tre and a crispy panko crust, and but­tery house-made gnoc­chi is the per­fect can­vas for a rich ragoût of doen­jang-braised ox­tail.
