“I’m blown away by the ac­cu­racy. I’ve tested them over a num­ber of months both in­side and out over heavy train­ing loads. I used the ped­als on two sep­a­rate in­door power-based train­ers: the Com­puTrainer and a Tacx IFlow. While on each I also used a Power Tap for com­par­i­son and the Vec­tor read­ings were al­ways within five watts of the other two read­ings. Mea­sur­ing power is about con­sis­tency and pre­ci­sion and the Vec­tor nails both. In terms of setup and cal­i­bra­tion, af­ter a week of some frus­trat­ing blips and then fi­nally chanc­ing upon Garmin’s firmware up­dates, it’s been seam­less.
