Triathlon Canada added Australian-born triathlon coach Jonathan “Jono” Hall to its team with the task to lead the coaching delivery and podium pathway for the nation’s under-23 level athletes at Triathlon Canada’s National Performance Centre in Victoria. “Jono is a proven performer. Having him on Canadian soil is a huge win for our program,” said Libby Burrell, high-performance director, Triathlon Canada, who has been leading a new era of triathletes and coaches for the country. “Jono boasts all facets needed to be an elite coach: he understands the systems and structures required for long term athlete development; is innovative; strategic; and is driven to achieve results. There is no doubt in my mind he will help Canada develop medal contending athletes.”
