Challenge Family CEO Zibi Szlufcik isn’t a familiar figure in the Canadian triathlon scene, but for the last few years he’s been steadily building the Challenge brand around the world. We caught up with him and got some insights on what we can expect from his company over the next few years. A promising running career was cut short when Adam Deveau was diagnosed with leukemia. Now the 28-year-old has his sights set on another athletic goal: Ironman Canada. Luke Yates tells his remarkable story. If you’re looking for an excuse to make a trip to one of the world’s most beautiful countries, signing up for Challenge Wanaka on New Zealand’s southern island might be just what you’re looking for. Tania Haas offers a full primer on the race and how to take in all that New Zealand has to offer.
