You can probably remember the first time you tried to run after riding your bike – it might have been in your first triathlon or, if you were smart enough, it was during a training session heading into that first race. There’s nothing like it – the feeling that your legs simply don’t want to move and, once they do, they feel like they are encased in cement boots rather than the lightweight racers you have on your feet.
