J-F Caron is the strongest man in Canada

Jean-Francois Caron is the strongest man in Canada, for the seventh time. The Quebec strong man set a new record for the most successful title challenges over the Sept. 17 weekend Strongman Challenge in Plantagenet as part of the sports highlights during the annual Bean Festival. The previous record holder for Strongest Man in Canada had the title six times.
