Riders three-peat as provincial champs
For the third straight year the CC Riders are Nova Scotia under17A boys soccer champs.
Drew Mumford scored in double overtime in the championship game as the Riders edged Cole Harbour 1-0 to claim the provincial crown.
In their first game, the Riders won 3-0 over Halifax-Dunbrack on goals by Nick Levangie, Ryan McEachren and Adam McEachren.
In a 1-1 tie against Dartmouth, Taryn Gould had the lone goal for the Riders.
In their other match, the Riders lost 1-0 to Cole Harbour.
All goalkeeping duties for the tournament were shared by Ethan Dahr and Calem MacLeod.
