Riders three-peat as pro­vin­cial champs

For the third straight year the CC Riders are Nova Sco­tia un­der­17A boys soc­cer champs.

Drew Mum­ford scored in dou­ble over­time in the cham­pi­onship game as the Riders edged Cole Har­bour 1-0 to claim the pro­vin­cial crown.

In their first game, the Riders won 3-0 over Halifax-Dun­brack on goals by Nick Le­vangie, Ryan McEachren and Adam McEachren.

In a 1-1 tie against Dart­mouth, Taryn Gould had the lone goal for the Riders.

In their other match, the Riders lost 1-0 to Cole Har­bour.

All goal­keep­ing du­ties for the tour­na­ment were shared by Ethan Dahr and Calem Ma­cLeod.
