Truro Sport Heritage Award Ibel Scammell was recipient of a Sport Legacy Award at this year’s Truro Sport Heritage Awards ceremony. She received the Veronica Mcmillan Award, for a person over the age of 50 who sets an example of an active life. Macmillan was a very active woman who died in 2018, at the age of 59, after being struck by a vehicle while bicycling.
