For children up to age 12, there is a summer learning experience designed to keep your kids’ brains active all summer long.
Teens (ages 12-16) can get in on the fun, too. Teens can enter to win great prize packs, get a fast pass and a ballot to win a grand prize, which is a huge pile of gift cards. There will also be teen activities such as crafts and BreakOut Rooms this summer.
And why should kids get to have all the fun? Adults can play along. Visit the library to pick up a reading card and a couple of books to get started. Participants will have a chance to grab another card from one of the AVRL’s community locations and enter again. There are prizes for adults who want to show their reading prowess.
The Book Club 150 will continue throughout the summer with contests, author visits, and more.
Visit the website for more info. The challenge starts June 26.
