DISCOVER THE HISTORIC FISH HOUSE IN STANLEY PARK… A unique restaurant facing breathtaking garden and forest views, offering fresh local products, sustainable seafood, organic meats and an extensive selection of the best Okanagan Valley and Old and New World wines.

Located in a 1930s converted sports pavilion, this understated yet elegant restaurant is one of the park’s major attractions, within minutes from English Bay.

Whether you want to indulge in a culinary adventure, Afternoon Tea, weekend brunch or enjoy a pint of micro-brewed beer at the renovated bar or on one of two stunning outdoor patios, this is upscale casual dining at its best.

“The Fish House i s perfect for everyone, whether you want a casual l unch after a bike ride around the seawall, or for a special evening celebration,” says General Manager Stephen Duyzer, a trained Chef who handed over the kitchen to innovative Executive Chef Curtis Demyon.

With a pedigree of working at some of the city’s top eateries, most notably Joe Fortes and Coast Restaurant, Chef Demyon focuses on creating dishes that tantalize all of the senses. Showcasing his talents with original dishes, such as the Sockeye salmon trio or the avocado spring roll, he designed menu items around the freshest ingredients.

For 24 years, the Fish House has been setting the standard for exceptional food and service. The talented team invites you to experience a tradition of excellence in customer service and awardwinning Pacific Northwest cuisine in one of the most beautiful settings in Vancouver.
