With a pedigree of working at some of the city’s top eateries, most notably Joe Fortes and Coast Restaurant, Chef Demyon focuses on creating dishes that tantalize all of the senses. Showcasing his talents with original dishes, such as the Sockeye salmon trio or the avocado spring roll, he designed menu items around the freshest ingredients.
