MICHELE TABET and COLIN WILHELMSON

Wedding Bells (East) - - REAL WEDDINGS -

FROM MICHELE: Our wedding was the perfect blend of classic and modern. We picked a very simple colour scheme of white and grey with hints of gold. The venue was the gorgeous Windsor Station and we chose to let its beauty shine rather than overwhelm the space with busy decor. The results were simple and elegant. We stuck with tradition and didn’t see each other before the ceremony. I am so glad we did this because the feeling we felt when I walked down the aisle was incredible! Both of us were extremely emotional and it is a moment Colin and I will never forget. The unique mirrored seating chart was a favourite detail. Our wedding planner, Liana, suggested the idea. We had the chart created as a decal and finished with a frame from Joe’s Prop House. I also loved the live entertainment during cocktail hour: the Montreal Jazz Band created a lively ambience with their vintage mics and beautiful music. Our honeymoon was an epic European adventure. We went to Paris, Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast, which gave us a mix of city, country and beach. We relaxed and indulged in good food and wine.

THE UNIQUE MIRRORED SEATING CHART WAS A FAVOURITE DETAIL.
