Wedding Bells (East) - - REAL WEDDINGS -

FROM MELISSA: Korey and I met in gym class and continued to date all through university. Our engagement took place in the final days of building our first home. Korey got down on one knee in the living room of the new house and told me he couldn’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together! The wedding colours were hunter green with gold accents. We envisioned our wedding having an elegant garden theme. We wanted everything we chose to reflect the season and the New Brunswick venue. The flowers were one of the most stunning details. We went with flowing, garden-style bouquets, arbour accents and centrepieces. I loved the white garden roses, freesia, lisianthus, and both the seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus. Our florist helped bring our vision to life with practical suggestions and everything was perfectly executed. I’ll never forget the moment we finally saw one another at the beginning of the ceremony. We chose not to do a first look, so the anticipation was building up inside us. I couldn’t stop the tears flowing down my cheeks as we got closer and closer together as I walked down the aisle.
