IMPRESS GUESTS WITH HOMEMADE CAKE SLICES THAT LOOK LIKE SOMETHING A PRO WHIPPED UP. You don’t have to be Martha Stewart to create these dreamy bars. We turned to Patricia Phan (insta-famous baker and owner of Sweet Philosophy) to help us with a super-simple recipe. “For this method, we chose a no-bake cheesecake,” Phan explains. “All you have to do is mix ingredients and refrigerate.” You can do this up to four days in advance in order to sleep easy the night before your wedding, she says. As for the colours? Forget food colouring—look to frozen fruit like raspberries and blueberries to obtain a natural hue. For the base of these bars, use premade graham cracker crumbs (you can use Oreo cookie crumbs, too!) and mix them up with butter—yum!
