FROM ANNIE: Before we became a couple, Jimmy and I were coworkers. One day, we went river rafting with several of our colleagues. I fell overboard and Jimmy jumped in to rescue me, so I guess it’s fair to say he fell for me! We wanted our wedding to feel elegant and luxurious. Our event designers, the team from ROA Floral Event Design, did a tremendous job. I was completely taken aback when I saw the space for the first time. The flowers were truly outstanding. Both our ceremony and reception spaces were filled to the brim with the freshest blooms: imported roses, pink and white hydrangeas, cymbidium orchids, tulips and peonies. I especially loved my bouquet— it was so elegant. Walking down the aisle with my father was an unforgettable moment. When my dad let go of my arm and linked it to my future husband’s, it felt as though I was transitioning from one phase of life to the next: it was deeply symbolic.
