Wedding Bells (West) - - Real Weddings -

FROM CHRISTINE: To propose, Josh took me to the camp where we first met. We walked around and visited all the places in the area where we had special memories, including a gorgeous waterfall. Finally, we went to a hilltop with a beautiful view of a small valley, and he popped the question with the ring, which he had hidden behind a rock. Our wedding took place in June, so we chose a spring theme. The palette was full of pinks, purples and other soft hues, which we incorporated through the flowers and the bridesmaids’ pastel pink dresses. I especially loved our spring- inspired centrepieces, which were rustic white lanterns filled with flowers and vintage floral teacups. One of my favourite details of the day was the kitten corner we created for the guests. Josh and I love animals, so we brought six kittens to the ceremony for our guests to play with and pet. Everyone absolutely loved it. We wanted to make sure we had beautiful pictures, so we splurged on a great photographer. The photographers from Charmaine Mallari were amazing and really knew what they were doing. All of our pictures were gorgeous and we’ll have them displayed in our home for years to come.
