Majestic bridal styles ruled the runways at the Spring 2019 shows. From major headpieces to princessy vibes, brocade textures to minimal detailing, this season’s gown story is a showstopping one.

MINIMALIST DETAILSFor a bride who wants to embrace the “less is more” style philosophy, a simple white gown is the ultimate understated look. Paired with minimal to no embellishments and impeccable tailoring, the runways never looked more chi-chi.

BACK BOWSBows continue to reign supreme as a detail, darling. This season the bow is mostly seen on the back of the gown, finishing each bridal look in the most beautiful way.

MAJOR HEADPIECESThis season, designers aren’t shying away from playing with bold accessories. Huge florals adorned delicate updos, while jewelled tiaras and circlets delivered royal-bridal ambience.

Vera Wang Galia Lahav Leanne Marshall UNCONVENTIONAL COLOUREclectic brides will opt for something different. Colour in all forms is trending—from pops of vibrant hues on a neutral-coloured gown to full-on blue and pink ballgowns.
