16th ANNUAL EUROPEAN FESTIVAL 2013
We Spent the Weekend with the Sights & Sounds of Europe!
Thank you to all volunteers that helped look after the German Table at the European Festival even when it was raining and cool! Thank you to the volunteers that came to help even when it was challenging due to illness and car accidents. Thank you to the Westside German School, thank you to the St. Mark’s Church, thank you to Black Forest Meats and Sausage in North Vancouver, thank you to Richard Theiss who helped us with the Fliegerlied, thank you to the children who performed on stage and thank you for all the parents who brought them. Some of the children performed again at the Westside German School at the Year End Concert and at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club, in honour of the 50th Anniversary of the German Canadian Business Association. We appreciate you all!
