Observe the planet Saturn, distant galaxies, and the Perseids Meteor Shower at the University of Calgary’s Milky Way Nights, July 23 - 25 and August 13- 15 at the Rothney Astrophysical Observatory (page 70). Hosted from 10 pm - 2 am, there's time to fit it in after other events and activities.

Nestled in Kensington, this '50s retro style burger joint serves up delicious Angus beef and vegetarian patties (gluten-free bun options available). Try their Black Bean Burger, Falafel Burger, or Vegan Burger, prepared with brown rice, corn, broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions, and rolled oats (page 56).
