But it also hits so many other notes – from the soul­ful Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings ( June 26) to the mas­ter class Cana­dian song­writ­ing combo of Buffy Sainte-Marie ( June 28) and Sarah McLach­lan ( June 25).

Can’t Miss: Brian Wil­son cel­e­brates the 50th an­niver­sary of the iconic Beach Boys’ al­bum, Pet Sounds. Sorry, no dogs al­lowed. ( July 3)

For the Kids: Con­fed­er­a­tion Park of­fers a re­laxed, fam­i­lyfriendly en­vi­ron­ment. Plus, ev­ery child loves a brass band.
