THREE-MONTH-OLD JOINS MP PARENTS IN HOUSE OF COMMONS
Whining and crying might not be anything new on Parliament Hill, but it took on a new context yesterday during question period. Ulysses is the latest tot to enter the political limelight. Sheila Copps broke ground in the 1980s by bringing her daughter into the members’ lobby.
