That girl was an angel

MY daughter, mother and I were out for lunch at The Forks.

My four-year-old really wanted a lollipop after lunch. My mother bought her one, and my daughter was enjoying it until she accidentally dropped it and was very upset.

A few minutes later a kind teenager came up to my little girl and asked her if she dropped her lollipop and she nodded her head yes. The kind girl pulled out a giant lollipop from behind her back and gave it to my daughter.

I would like to say a big thank you to that wonderful girl. She made my daughter’s day. She was so happy and excited and that is all she talked about for the rest of the day.

Sometimes teenagers can get a bad rap, but this girl was an angel. Her parents should be proud. I think she said her name was Christie but I’m not sure, as it was so noisy in there. Either way, may God bless her.
