Manager, spiritual health services, Victoria General Hospital “Recently I read The Unlikely Pilgrimage aPilgrimage of Harold Fry by Rachel Joyce, which was a delightful, unassuming story of an individual re/meeting himself for the first time. Harold’s encounter with his oown mistakes and grief was poignant and pprofound. Currently I’m nearing the end of Brene Brown’s book The Gifts of Imperfection, about the journey of life and the things that get in the way of whole-hearted living. There is much wisdom in her clarity between guilt, shame and ‘being enough’ that I appreciate both for my own journey and as I accompany others on theirs.”
