IF Winnipeg’s enduring winter conditions have an upside, it is that it’s possible to shoot a Christmas movie here in April. Sure enough, a TV movie titled One Christmas Eve is shooting in town with Anne Heche playing a newly divorced mom having some unexpected adventures the night before Christmas. The film, a production of Hallmark Hall of Fame and ABC, is shooting in Crescentwood and is expected to shoot in the city for the next four weeks. Production will shut down the William R. Clement Parkway in Charleswood over the weekend between Roblin Boulevard (southbound) and Grant Avenue (northbound) today and Sunday between the hours of 6 p.m. and 7 a.m., and Sunday to Monday between the hours of 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. Filmmakers will conduct intermittent pedestrian control on the north/ south walkway on the west side of William R. Clement Parkway between the pedestrian bridge and Roblin Boulevard.
