NIGHT TABLE

Winnipeg Free Press - Section G - - BOOKS -

Personal trainer “I recently started reading Die Empty bby Todd Henry. It’s not as dismal as it sounds. It’s about soaking every last drop out of life. It feels like Malcolm Gladwell wwrote a self-help book. Henry uses anecdotes and experiences to explain our common habits and how easy (and normal) mnormal) it is to become complacent. We all think that ‘someday’ we’ll do this or that. Die Empty practically addresses these behaviours, offering new habits and solutions to get out of those ruts. After a hard Winnipeg winter, it’s a great no-nonsense read to refocus on what’s important.”
