MOON ALERT Avoid shopping or making important decisions after 1:15 p.m. The moon is in Aquarius. ARIES (March 21-April 19) Tread carefully. The day is a bit of a crapshoot. Difficulties with partners and close friends might arise. This could be because a female colleague surprises you or does something that catches everyone off guard. Think before you speak. Don’t jump the gun. TAURUS (April 20-May 20) Avoid quarrels with a work colleague or anyone whom you might be involved with if you are doing something. Relations with a female authority figures might be unpredictable. Something will happen that gives you pause. Check the moon alert before shopping or making important decisions. GEMINI (May 21-June 20) This might be a rough day for romance although it doesn’t have to be. It all depends upon how you choose to react to whatever is going on. Travel plans might change and you might be surprised by someone, especially a female, from a different culture or background. Be cool. CANCER (June 21-July 22) Something unexpected to do with inheritances, shared property or news about your partner’s earnings could trigger a power struggle with someone at home or in the family. Check the moon alert. A big part of this day is loosey-goosey. Guard your reactions. Wait until tomorrow to decide on a plan of action. LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) You might have to meet the demands of others, in fact, this is almost certain. Be prepared to be co-operative and go more than halfway with others. Avoid power struggles and arguments with siblings and relatives. If you go with the flow and keep a low profile, all is well. (Leo? Low profile?) VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) Your focus is on money, cash flow and shopping. However, there are restrictions to shopping and how you handle your money. (See the moon alert.) LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) This is a strong time for you with both Venus and the sun in your sign; however, the sun is at odds with Pluto. That means it’s a crapshoot. Parents should be vigilant about their kids because things are loosey-goosey. Meanwhile, a sudden flirtation might be thrilling. SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) It’s a changing landscape at home. Surprise company might drop by. Family members might come and go quickly. Minor breakages could occur or you could misplace something. (It’s that kinda day.) Check the moon alert. Stay light on your feet. SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) Power struggles with a friend or a member of a group might occur. However, if you are patient and easy-going, you might sidestep this. (Don’t take the bait.) This is a mildly accident-prone day so pay attention to everything you say and do. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) Don’t go up against powerful people or people in authority because it will not be wise. Instead, keep an eye on your money and possessions because something unpredictable might occur. You might find money, you might lose money. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) The moon is in your sign dancing with unpredictable Uranus. This triggers your desire for freedom and makes you feel impulsive and spontaneous. Avoid controversial subjects like politics and religion, especially if you want to stir the pot. Don’t provoke others. PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) You might have some secrets up your sleeve. They could pertain to the wealth of others or something that someone else owns. (You do have your agenda now and your ambition is aroused.) Make sure you don’t step on anyone else’s toes. TODAY’S BIRTHDAY Actor Liev Schreiber (1967) shares your birthday. You are natural and spontaneous. You do what you want to do and people love you for it. You have strong inner strength and a charming exterior — a wonderful combo. You will face a major decision this year. Save your money in the first half of this year and cut down on overhead expenses because this will help you later in the year. Your integrity and patience will be tested.
