Re: Hard boiled eggs When­ever I make hard-boiled eggs, I boil and cook them as usual. Then I drain off most of the wa­ter and put the lid on the pot. Shake vig­or­ously so that most of the peels fall off. Put peeled eggs into a seal­able bag and store in the fridge for up to one week.
