Air Canada up, WestJet down

AIR Canada CEO Calin Rovi­nescu was right to pre­dict his com­pany’s fu­ture would be in in­ter­na­tional travel. Al­ready two-thirds of Air Canada’s prof­its are made from routes to des­ti­na­tions out­side of Canada. More re­cently, the air­line has moved quickly to shift flights from Western Canada to new over­seas routes as much as pos­si­ble.
