One of the keys to the suc­cess of fi­nan­ciale­d­u­ca­tional pro­grams is to hire a pro­fes­sional to con­duct the sem­i­nars and to of­fer on­go­ing support through email cor­re­spon­dence, tele­phone calls and/or ac­cess to web­based fol­lowup pro­grams.
