Fat fines for disturbing Clooney wedding
THE George Clooney-Amal Alamuddin wedding reports are starting to feel believable.
Us Weekly says temporary bylaws now protect George’s waterfront villa in Laglio, the town of about 1,000 people on Italy’s Lake Como.
Mayor Robert Pozzi told the mag he hasn’t yet heard anything official about a wedding, but confirms there’s a new $750 fine for any driver who stops outside Clooney’s place, Villa Oleandra, at any time until Sept. 30.
Swimming or boating within 1,000 metres of Clooney’s waterfront will cost you the same amount.
